Hays are proud to be working with a well respected Sunderland client in the Charitable Sector who have a need for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join the team.
Your new role
As the Payroll Assistant, you will support the Payroll Manager in collating and processing the staff payroll for circa 600 monthly paid staff.
- Collating and processing hours and days worked
- Calculating sickness deductions
- Processing changes in hours
- Starters and leavers administration
- Generating payslips
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
Experience of working in a payroll or finance environment, ideally within a large organisation
Excellent verbal and written communications.
