The Finance & Payroll Officer will have the following skills:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing of our temporary contractors
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant payroll legislation
- Handling payroll queries and discrepancies
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial journals
- Supporting financial audits and controls.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must:
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with payroll management
- Strong understanding of end to end payroll
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
