Payroll Administrator

Office Angels are looking for a switched-on Payroll Administrator to oversee and manage the payroll function at a successful fast growing Facilities Management company. Canary Wharf 2-4 weeks with potential to go permanent Mon - Fri, 10am - 6pm Office Based (Hybrid after the first month) 19.23ph ( 35,000) - 21.97ph ( 40,000) depending on experience Exclusive OA benefits! Must be available to start immediately

Duties:

• First point of contact for HR and Payroll queries
• Preparing and managing employees' payroll
• Supporting with on-boarding new starters and leavers
• Supporting with Right To Work checks
• Maintaining, managing, and updating all data associated with payroll
• Wage, salary, and overtime calculation
• Updating schedules and salary sheets
• Clarifying payroll-related queries and addressing payroll-associated issues
• Assisting finance department or other management-level staff with payroll processing of terminated and new hires
• Responsible for the administration of all HR and Personnel related documentation and policies
• Managing and maintaining the complete payroll service in conjunction with the payroll provider, including entries for sickness/absence and overtime

Person Specification

• Strong Payroll experience
• Experience with HR duties
• Confident dealing with payroll queries and timesheet operations
• Ability to hit the ground running
• High attention to detail

Desirable

• Experience with myePayWindow (Desirable)
• Experience using Cognito forms (Desirable)
• Spanish speaking (Desirable)
