Payroll Administrator - Wimbledon 4 or 5 days per week
Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to work in a busy accountancy practice on a permanent basis. This position can be Full time or Part time DOE.
This is an excellent job for somebody with good Payroll experience who is numerate and wants a local role to where they live. Our client currently work 3 days from their offices and 2 from home.
Duties will include:
- Collate weekly payroll, ensuring all timesheets are in and looking for discrepancies
- Processing weekly expenses
- Updating holiday records
- Processing Payslips
- Updating new starters
- Working from Excel spreadsheets daily
- Sending out payslips to workers
- Any other admin as required
The suitable candidate:
- Can commute to Wimbledon
- Have good Payroll experience
- Be good with Microsoft Excel
- Numerate
- Experience working in accounts/payroll would be preferred, however being numerate with good administration experience is also fine
This is a permanent role however we will consider part-time candidates with the correct experience.
