Your Role:
As a pivotal member of the team, you'll be instrumental in providing support to employees, handling their day-to-day queries and meticulously processing monthly payrolls across five European territories.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with the HR & Payroll Manager and senior stakeholders to spearhead transformative changes, driving automation within the payroll function.
- Seamlessly process high-volume monthly payrolls from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Expertly manage payroll data for new hires, departures, and any changes, including pay adjustments and overtime payments.
- Keep a pulse on Payroll inbox, promptly addressing employee queries with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholder groups, including outsourced payroll providers in each territory.
