Payroll, HR & Finance Officer opportunity for reputable business in the Nelson area. Full or Part Time hours (30-37.5) considered. Varied and interesting role which will see you take ownership of the company payroll and support with areas of HR Administration and some finance.
About the job
Full end to end Payroll & HR Officer role, which will see you processing weekly and monthly payrolls, pensions, month end reporting, year end and P11ds. You will also support with HR duties including onboarding and maintaining personnel files. Lastly you will support finance with sales ledger (invoicing).
About the ideal candidate
To be successful in this role, you will be an established Payroll Officer who can run a full payroll independently. If you have HR and / or finance experience, that would be great but training can be provided. You will have strong system skills including excel. You will be able to work with speed and accuracy. You will have a strong work ethic, be organised and methodical and be able to multitask. You will be personable and a great team player.
Requirements
- Full / end to end Payroll Officer experience
- HR administration experience would be a bonus
- Team player, supporting other members of the finance team
- Good system skills
- Good Excel skills
- Friendly and a good communicator
Salary Range & Benefits
The salary for this role is £26,000-£30,000 depending on experience. This role can be full time or could accommodate 4 days per week or reduced hours over 5 days. The company also offers excellent benefits including enhanced pension, onsite parking and cycle to work scheme.
