Hays is proud to partner with a leading multinational organisation within the Luxurious Retail space who are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team for Maternity Cover. Your new role
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all payroll runs with the outsourced payroll providers
- Manage the monthly BACS payments
- Producing general ledger and pension reports
- Processing UK and ROI monthly payrolls
- Administering and processing various benefits
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this exciting new opportunity, you will possess significant experience in a similar position processing UK and Irish payrolls, have strong analytical and IT skills with a proficiency in Excel for data reporting and managing the data across various Excel spreadsheets, demonstrate the ability to take ownership of the payroll in the standalone role and communicate effectively as you liaise with multiple departments, and have the ability to quickly adapt and maintain a high capability of running all payrolls efficiently and accurately.
