Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist/Sole PM to manage a monthly payroll.
Must have experience with Tronc payments - don;t apply unless you meet this.
Duties include
- Payroll
- Run monthly head office salaries for 150 employees
- Run the payroll for our hourly paid site staff (c1300 employees) which is completed on a 4-4-5 weekly basis
- Manage all relevant HMRC and pension submissions
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Prepare quarterly calculations to check we are compliant with national living wage
- Tronc
- Administer the Tronc in line with the scheme guidance on a weekly basis
- Liases with sites on any queries raised
- Keep up to date with any changes in the legislation
- Liases with our Tronc advisors and action points from the quarterly audits
- Other Ad Hoc tasks
- Assist with the month-end close process, including checking of employee expenses and reconciliation of employee credit cards
- Provide ad hoc analysis as required
- Work closely with the senior payroll manager
