People Administrator
Job Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract
Location: North Leeds (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
The Role
At Another we are currently recruiting for a People Administrator to join an established business in North Yorkshire for a 6 months period. This is a hybrid role, reporting into the People Operations Manager you will be the first point of contact for queries coming in to the team.
The Role
* To provide accurate and timely HR administration to employees in line with policy and procedures. This will include new starters, changes and leavers; including contractual matters, time and attendance.
* Processing high volumes of transactions for HR and responding to high volumes of queries in a high-pressure environment.
* Take ownership of set up, maintenance and checking of accurate employee records; using all relevant systems and processes to deliver robust audit trails at all times.
* Deliver high quality and consistent customer services to all stakeholders
* Proactively review, evaluate and provide feedback on HR administration procedures in order to support continuous improvement.
* Deliver key transactional processes to support people policies.
* Working as a member of the People Services team, act as first line resolution of queries from managers and employees.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proved experience of HR Administration
* High volume processing with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Be able to work in an organised manner, in a pressured environment with conflicting demands, meeting deadlines, prioritising effectively and using initiative.
* Customer focused approach
* Strong team player with a 'can do' attitude
* Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all activities Minimum Requirements
* Strong computer skills on MS Office
