We’re looking for a People Administrator to join us in Bradford on a permanent full-time basis.
Reporting to the People Administrator Team Leader, you will deliver high quality and efficient administration services to employees and line managers for all activities associated with the employee lifecycle, through the application of policies and procedures within agreed performance levels and to comply with all statutory requirements. This role will also have elements of VMO2 Mobile Helpdesk duties including query resolution and being the point of contact for Stakeholders and end-users.
Based in our Liberty Shared Services, known as LSS, acts as a central specialty service supporting the wider Liberty Global group with specialisms in areas of Finance, Accounting, People, Legal & Systems. This central team supports a number of businesses across the Liberty Global footprint including Virgin Media.
What will you be doing?
Service Delivery:
- Coordinate end to end employee lifecycle transactional processes, including collection and distribution of incoming post, mail merges, data subject access requests, loyalty awards, letters relating to income protection, in life and after care of employee screening, referencing, annual visa checks.
- Administer changes to individual’s terms and conditions and process Reward/Benefit schemes on behalf of Virgin Media.
- Maintain team and customer relationships through advice, support and continuous improvement, providing a great experience first time, every time.
- Ensure all corporate policies, standards and agreed Customer Service processes are adhered to by all staff, rectifying any non-conformances as appropriate and updated where necessary.
- Responsible for Right to Work/Visa renewals as well as managing reward and benefits schemes.
VMO2 Mobile Helpdesk:
· Administer Employee Customers’ Mobile Device/Connectivity lifecycle.
· Monitor & Maintain Data Quality and Accuracy via Reporting and Automation using MS Office & MS Power Apps.
· Provide Root Cause Analysis, Risk Identification & Mitigation options using Data Driven insights.
· Conduct audits of lifecycle transactions such as joiners, movers and leavers.
· Fulfil requests for Information from Stakeholders for Investigatory/Regulatory purposes.
We tend to look for people with:
Essential
- CIPD or relevant HR qualification (or working towards).
- An understanding of the HR employee lifecycle.
- Strong telephone and email communication skills, capable of delivering advice guidance.
- Good knowledge and experience on Microsoft Excel.
- Service Delivery Experience.
Desirable
- Experience using Power BI & other Power Apps.
- Experience using Oracle HRIS.
- Experience working in or alongside Payroll.
