, FIXED TERM 12 MONTH CONTRACT, , Do you have TUPE experience?, Are you interested in joining a team that you can grow in?, , Hybrid working (40% of month in the office - equivalent to 2 days per week), Salary up to £71,000, , Role description, The new People Business Partner will lead on all people-related advice, planning and activity for the programme, working with the head of the People Team, to ensure alignment and compliance with People policies as necessary., , They will have extensive experience of all aspects of HR, including organisational design and restructuring, recruitment and training, TUPE, and culture and engagement., , They will be someone who is equally comfortable developing strategic approach and rolling their sleeves up to deliver., , They will lead in, develop and agree our strategic approach to people issues for the programme, working closely with the People Team to ensure consistency with People Policies., , And they will play an active role in delivering and implementing these plans, for example in drafting new role descriptions and planning staff engagement in relation to organisational change., , There is already dedicated resource to plan and deliver training for new recruits, so their role in this respect will be one of strategic oversight rather than hands on delivery., , , , , , , , , , , Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
