Based in gorgeous offices in a great central London location and supporting a lively, sociable, high-performing team of staff, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all aspects of the day-to-day, 360 degree HR service.
The role will cover
- managing and taking the lead with various employee life cycle events including inductions, handling queries, training and appraisals
- helping to ensure compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy change
- working on projects such as DE&I, Wellbeing, HR system improvements
- manipulating data to generate reports and analytics on HR metrics
The successful candidate will need
- a genuine passion for building a career in HR
- superb attention to detail
- the ability to communicate confidently with people throughout the business
- some previous HR or talent/recruitment admin experience essential
