We are currently looking for aPeople Manager to join one of our leading logistics clients on an interim or temporary basis.
This could have the potential to be a permanent role.
Based in Stafford, this role will be to support the People Partner, working with the General Manager and site senior management team. 2 People Advisors will report into this position.
We are looking for someone who has:
Strong generalist People / HR background with a track record of delivering as a People (HR) Manager ideally gained in a fast paced, logistics / retail environment.
Good working knowledge of employment law and experience dealing with volume and complex ER issues.
Experience in adapting to change based on business requirements.
CIPD qualification ideally.
This is a site-based role, with the option of working one day a week remotely.
Salary is circa 50,000, but as this will be worked out on a temp or interim basis, a day rate can be discussed.
Ideally looking at a start date of April 8th.
