Ashley Kate HR are working with a client who are looking to recruit a People Operations Partner on a permanent basis.
- Term - Full time and permanent
- Salary - 40k - 45k per annum (plus annual bonus)
- Working pattern - 4 days in the office/ 1 day working from home (Friday)
- Location - London (WC)
The role:
The People Operations Partner will be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships, providing practical HR/ ER advice and support to teams across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide timely advice and commercial guidance and coaching support to all managers with regards to HR and robust employee relations case management.
- Support and coach managers e.g. prior to handling formal processes; creating user friendly content for training material or manager's user guides posted for the learning management system.
- Influence and support people at all levels and across our teams, responsible for total case management, visiting the different teams and their meetings on site.
- Partner with business teams to fully understand their business area and respective challenges; helping them to provide timely solutions for all their people performance issues.
- As part of the role, you will join the team to check and co-ordinate payroll.
Looking for:
- 3 - 4+ years' experience within ER role.
- Possess comprehensive experience in dealing with complex and simultaneous employee relation cases and respective knowledge of employment law.
- Achieved CIPD or HR related qualification
- Thorough understanding of employee relations & experience of applying commercial employment law into work-situations and in line with company policies/procedures.
- Experienced and hands-on approach; previous experience working in a small/ medium business is desirable.
- Have acquired a good understanding of HRIS and reporting functionality.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel- including Microsoft teams)
