As part of our commitment to making SMG a great place to work, we are looking for a People Partner to join us on a full-time basis for 12-months, based at the Science Museum in London.
About the role
As one of our team of People Partners, you will help to deliver an exceptional service to our people. The role of People Partner covers all aspects of generalist HR delivery. You will be supporting investigations, grievance hearings and sickness absence management meetings, as well as covering things like performance management, improving colleague engagement and promoting inclusion and diversity.

About you
You will be an ER or HR specialist, advisor, or a Business Partner looking for experience in a new and unique environment. Whatever your background, you will bring good technical ER knowledge, with a broad generalist skillset. You will be able to build solid working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and will bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You will have a passion for improving workplaces and employee experiences; a genuine customer-oriented approach; delivering the best possible experience to those you work with.
