£39,000 per annum (full-time)
37.5 hours per week (30 hours per week considered)
Monday – Friday. Hybrid working considered.
5 weeks Holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata); Pension Scheme;

We are offering this role to join our People Services department, supporting c.130 employees and c.200 volunteers. You will be responsible for leading our HR and volunteering teams and their activities with a focus on ensuring that all managers, staff and volunteers are provided with high quality support and guidance.
The role requires an experienced HR / People manager who can bring their passion and expertise to join our journey to provide our services to all communities across Nottinghamshire.
You will also work closely with the Director of People Services to support delivery of strategy.
