Are you looking to make a real impact? An exciting new role in our clients customer experience department will give you the opportunity to provide data analysis and insights that inform decision making and transformation for their management team; you will be vital in helping them to become a truly data led organisation.
You will be focusing on their transition from current reporting platforms to Power BI dashboards. You will also be providing data in support of existing transformation projects and helping to identify new opportunities improvements to the service they offer their customers.
Our cleint manages 27,000 properties across the West Midlands, and you will be helping them to keep those customers at the heart of everything they do, by providing performance data and analytical support across all 4 teams of the customer experience department.
In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Performance & Customer Data Analyst will involve:
Maintain highly accurate and detailed reporting of ongoing performance of the customer experience department
Identifying trends to help them adapt how they plan their resources to best meet customer needs
Analysing data from a variety of different sources to improve their understanding of the customer journey
Presenting data to colleagues, customers and third parties in a variety of formats to ensure ease of accessibility
Partaking in project work, always promoting the use of actual data and insights to lead change
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and improve their service to customers through analysis of actual data
Being an advocate for using customer insights to influence and support positive change based on actual data and the customer voice
Positively responding to and fulfilling ad-hoc requests for analysis in support of the directorate and other teams with the organisation.
As Performance & Customer Data Analyst they need you to have:
Excellent IT skills, experience of working in both Excel and Power BI
Be well organised with a strong focus on accuracy and an exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills essential, with an ability to reach a broad audience in any required format, such as presenting data to a group or providing written reports and dashboards
Great self motivation, with absolute integrity and a focus on keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do
They would be really excited, if you have:
Experience with generating reports using SQL and data gathering using APIs
Knowledge or experience in using other report visualisation software other than Power BI
