Job Description
The Rewards, Recognition and Performance (RRP) Team is responsible for designing, building and communicating HR policies, processes and programs that deliver the long term HR strategy and goals of our business. The RRP team is managing Accenture’s global performance and rewards strategy, philosophy, global processes, programs, and policies ‘end to end’ and center led to ensure a consistent approach and experience for our people working for Accenture across the globe.
The RRP Team at Accenture supports the functional processes: rewards, performance, and recognition, including these workstream’s opportunities for integration and tools/data/systems. Our operating model for delivery is based on 4 market units – North America (NA), Europe and Middle East (EMEA), Growth Markets (GM), and India. We also support all acquisitions and services across these geographic locations.
This role is part of the EMEA Market Total Rewards & Performance team, which rolls up to the global HR Function for Rewards/Recognition & Performance (RRP). The team consists of 7 MU TR/PA teams and a smaller Market TR/PA team that oversees all Rewards/PA matters and coordinates across MUs for EMEA Market leadership and market-wide Services.
This role is a Senior Manager (ML6) role which reports to the EMEA Market TR/PA Associate Director. As part of this role, the EMEA Market TR/PA Senior Manager is responsible for;
Advocating and educating business and HR leadership across the Market on our Performance Strategy, Principles, Programs, Investments.
Acting as a conduit between MU and Market leadership, sharing global Function and Market guidance (promotion affordability, PA metrics), design/frameworks and initiatives/campaigns with our MU TR/PA teams, support MU teams to activate & take the right actions to execute key PA deliverables and programs in line with guidance and in alignment with any local nuance/context required. Provide MU summary feedback back to Market HR leadership, manage final approvals, engage Market as needed on MU specific decision points.
Providing guidance, support and help grow capabilities across MU TR/PA teams; engage MU TR/PA teams in global Function projects.
Serving as key EMEA Market interlock to other global RRP functions (MI, Planning, Admin, Exec Comp, Equity, Recognition, PA, etc.), share Market/MU insights and feedback.
Managing or contributing to special projects and initiatives such as MD Performance Coaching
Drive consistency across the EMEA market, ensuring uniformity where needed/appropriate across TR/PA processes
