Here at Willing Care, we are seeking a Peripatetic Service Manager (Nursing and Residential) for one of our very established clients.

Our client required a passionate, enthusiastic Regional Manager (Nursing and Residential), to join and manage their friendly and welcoming team.

As a Peripatetic Service Manager (Nursing and Residential), you will draw upon your extensive expertise to provide direct line management to the Care Home Managers and create a culture of customer focus, quality of service and continuous improvement.

Requirements for the Peripatetic Service Manager (Nursing and Residential):

Level 5 Health & Social Care (NVQ/QCF)

Experience of managing supported living services, home care agencies and/ or residential services

Valid UK Driving license

In depth knowledge of CQC requirements

Duties and Responsibilities of a Peripatetic Service Manager (Nursing and Residential):

Developing and delivering detailed plans for continued service development including managing budgets

Taking overall responsibility for the effective management of projects , ensuring the highest quality standards of care and treatment

Meeting full compliance in line with regulatory body and relevant legislation

Supporting Service Managers to meet the quality requirements

Meeting the demands of new business

Being responsible for the ongoing review of all areas of risk management within your region
