Permanent Receptionist/Administrator
Our client is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. As the first point of contact for their company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a friendly demeanour.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
· Maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
· Perform basic administration tasks.
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Maintain stationery stocks, ordering as required.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Experience:
- 1-2 years experience working as a receptionist in an office environment preferred
- Have an exceptional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

Other Information:
Location: Newtownards Co Down
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00pm
Salary: £22,500-£24,500 depending on experience
