Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator on a permanent full-time basis, based in the Holywood area with a salary of £22,308 per year and staff benefits.

This role will involve split duties - working 19 hours per week on reception and 18.5 hours in administration.
Responsibilities:
With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing an efficient, welcoming, and professional service in person, and via the telephone.
- Provide effective administrative support to the Registered Manager of Adult Residential.
- Provide support to the Facilities Manager in the daily planning and arrangement of building maintenance.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Business Administration and 6 months relevant experience in a similar post.
- 5 GCSEs incl. English and Maths along with 2 years relevant experience in a similar post without an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office - including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Team working, prioritising, organisational and administration skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
