Our client based in Huntingdon is looking for a PA/EA to support the CFO. The is a temporary role for 6-8 weeks with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant

£15.60 - £20.80 per hour depending on experience

Huntingdon

Monday – Friday (37 hours per week)

Hybrid 3-4 days per week required in the Huntingdon office.

The role will involve:

• Working directly with the CFO.
• Booking travel and accommodation.
• Managing the diary of the CFO – booking meetings, travel, accommodation, agendas, typing up notes and responding to emails on their behalf, if required.

You will:

• Need to be flexible for potential occasion travel (would only be for an event that the CFO attends)
• Have previous PA/EA experience.
• Have a can-do, enthusiastic attitude and approach.
