Reed business support is currently recruiting for a Part time PA up to 4 months on a Temporary basis.
Job description:
- Managing document management system
- Drafting correspondence in relation to faculty, stakeholder and staff matters
- Manage effective filing and information retrieval system utilising Teams /SharePoint
- Manging diaries
- Planning meetings
- Covering of incoming telephone calls during annual leave and sickness
- Manage email priority system, as agreed with senior managers being supported
- Provided administrative support to senior management team.
- Distribute agendas for various campuses
- Booking travel and accommodation when required
- Draft, edit and produce correspondence, reports and other documents
- Exercise judgement in dealing with appropriately with all forms of communications
15 hours a week
This role is largely based working from home and will only require you do attend the office for training and meetings.
Salary between GBP14-GBP17 per hour DOE
Must have previous experience as a PA, and ideally used MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel
Must be either Immediately Available or on 1 weeks of less notice period as client is looking to fill the role asap.
