Pure are pleased to be working exclusivity with a well established client who are looking for a experienced PA/EA to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months.
Main Duties: - Minute taking at board meetings
- Provide high level administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Chairman's workload.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all work is completed within agreed timelines.
- Arranging meetings and diary management
Key Requirements:- Strong PA/EA experience at director level and above
- Minute taking is a must
- Strong Administration skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills.
30 hours per weekMonday-Friday
