Personal Assistant to Director
I am seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director of a growing tech organisation based in Maidstone.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritise effectively, and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities for the PA to directors:
- Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Conduct research and compile data as required
- Organise and support on personal and business management
- Support and organise social events for the company
Requirements for the PA to directors:
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or executive assistant
- Experience must be within tech or FMCG background
- Experience in a very fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
