Personal Assistant | £14 - £20 Umbrella| Interim- 8 weeks| Wirral| NHS:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with an NHS Organisation in Merseyside who are looking to recruit and Personal Assistant to their busy team. The role is offered on a Interim basis for an initial 8 weeks with a potential of extentsion and possibility to be made permanent following good work.
Duties:
- Provide an efficient and effective Executive support service to members of the Trust Board and Senior Directorate
- Manage Executive’s complex diaries, including arranging meetings and events, travel, and room bookings
- Take accurate formal minutes of the Public Trust Board and Committees of the Board, drafting agendas and noting follow up actions
- Act as first point of contact, handling calls and queries
Experience:
- Provided secretarial / administrative support to a Director/ Executive members
- Experience of administering board level committees including minute taking
- Exceptional organisational and administration skills
- Knowledge of the full range of administrative processes
