Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Personal Assistant based in Birkenhead. This is a contract role working full time hours.
Our client can offer hybrid working, with candidates attending office 2 days per week. We are only considering applications from commutable distances.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct organisational, secretarial and administrative support to Directors and senior staff
- Arrange meetings, courses / conferences, travel and accommodation requirements, providing hospitality, typing minute and word processing
- Act as a first point of contact over email and phone, resolving queries, offering a gatekeeper service for non-urgent messages
- Maintain diaries on behalf of Directors and senior staff, obtaining any reports as and when required
- Ad hoc responsibilities as directed by upper management
Skills and responsibilities required:
- Secretarial/PA Experience to a Senior Manager
- Strong administration/office experience
- Previous local government experience desirable
- Strong minute taking and organisational skills
