Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Personal Assistant based in Birkenhead. This is a contract role working full time hours.
Our client can offer hybrid working, with candidates attending office 2 days per week. We are only considering applications from commutable distances.
Responsibilities include:
Provide direct organisational, secretarial and administrative support to Directors and senior staffArrange meetings, courses / conferences, travel and accommodation requirements, providing hospitality, typing minute and word processingAct as a first point of contact over email and phone, resolving queries, offering a gatekeeper service for non-urgent messagesMaintain diaries on behalf of Directors and senior staff, obtaining any reports as and when requiredAd hoc responsibilities as directed by upper managementSkills and responsibilities required:
