Our client is an upmarket, boutique estate agency specialising in all aspects of residential sales and lettings, property management, developments and investments within central London. They are currently looking to recruit a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to support the team in Southwark.
To be considered, you will have a proven track record within property administration, and building and maintaining excellent relationships with directors, managers, clients and suppliers. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
Personal specification:
- At least 2 years’ solid PA/Administration experience within residential property is essential
- PA experience within the property industry would be preferred
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Demonstrate discretion
- Articulate with excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
- Have excellent IT skills across all Microsoft packages.
The salary on offer will include a basic of up to £35,000.This is a Monday to Friday role.
