A well-respected and well-established property company in Hampstead, who pride themselves on the service they offer to clients and the local community, are looking for an experienced Office Administrator / Lettings Administrator to join its friendly, experienced, and expanding team.
The Office Administrator / Lettings Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of administrative support to the Lettings, Property Management, and Block Management teams.
The ideal Office Administrator / Lettings Administrator will have at least 2 years of experience within an Estate Agency, along with excellent customer-care skills and charisma. They will be extremely well organised and maintain excellent records.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
This is a great opportunity for a Lettings Administrator or Property Administrator looking for a new challenge in a friendly, dynamic yet hard-working company going through an expansion phase.
In return, the Office Administrator / Lettings Administrator will receive an annual salary of up to £30,000, dependent on experience.
