No two days are the same when working with Keane Premier Support Services. Our social support team staff have an important role in making a positive difference to everyday lives.
We are aiming to create a bespoke team around one male service user with a range of complex needs.
The shift pattern varies and will involve weekdays and every second weekend.

Main responsibilities:
- Offering 1:1 support to an individual with a range of complex needs.
- Supporting to attend college and clubs.
- Assisting with day-to-day activities of their choice.
- Supporting and encouraging the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
- Participating in the implementation and monitoring of individual support plans.
- Providing support in aspects of personal care when required.
- Carry out housekeeping duties and day to day tasks.
- Assist clients with managing finances as per company policy.
- Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to promote their wellbeing.
- Encourage the relationships that our service users have with family, friends, and the wider community.
- Maintain and promote independence.
- Be mindful of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
- At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner.
