As a Personal Assistant to Headteacher, you will be essential in the day-to-day operations of an excellent school based in the beautiful borough of Richmond in West London.
Personal Assistant to Headteacher Job Summary:
- Organising Meetings, preparing various documentation,
- Providing comprehensive front of house and administrative support to the Headteacher
- Primary point of contact for headteacher – handling email enquiries and phone calls
- Represent the headteacher, meeting and greeting all visitors.
- Liaise and communicate with relevant personnel on behalf of the Headteacher, such as governors, parents, students, and unions/union members.
- Competitive Personal Assistant Salary - £40,000 - £45,000
- Term-Time only
Personal Assistant to Headteacher position minimal requirements:
- 2:1 degree or above from a UK university
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant/executive assistant, ideally within education
- IT competent – able to use all Microsoft Office programs.
- Experienced in working in a dynamic, energised administrative environment.
- Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check.
Additionally, the perfect Personal Assistant to Headteacher, should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as be a mature and trustworthy individual capable of handling sensitive information when presented with it.
