SalaryOur client, an international law firm based in the city are now looking for an experienced PA to support at Director level in their business technology team, which forms part of their wider leadership team. This role would suit a candidate who is experienced in supporting people who are very technology driven, as well as prior experience with project management. This is a really unique position, in a forward thinking new team allowing the PA to really make the role their own.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Meeting organisation - providing necessary documentation and taking minutes
- Travel arrangements
- Managing team social events
- Processing invoices and expenses for the team
- Acting as a gatekeeper
- General administration including preparing documents
- Keeping the team’s intranet page up to date
- Providing support on projects and supporting with budget management
- Updating policies and procedures
Key experience:
- Previous PA experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible and adaptable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
