My client is based in Walsall looking for an established Personal Assistant to support their C-Suite directors.
Description
- Efficiently manage and organise the directors schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule both internal and external meetings, ensuring timely attendance and preparation.
- As required, act as the point of contact between the directors and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and prepare emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the executive team.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations and transportation.
- Anticipate and address any potential travel-related issues, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and other correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain organised filing systems as required and manage document flow.
- Co-ordinate equipment and system access for new starters through liaison with HR and IT teams as well as external providers.
- Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as necessary.
- Assist in prioritising tasks and managing deadlines to ensure the executive team's time is used efficiently.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they arise.
- Assist in planning and organising corporate events, conferences, and other special occasions.
- Conduct analysis on various topics as required and compile information for decision-making purposes.
- Compile standard reports as required, ensuring all inputs are received and that reports are delivered on time and in full.
