- This is an excellent role working with two dynamic entrepreneurs at an established international drinks business
- This is an office based role based in Park Royal, London NW10
- Role included executive assistant and office manager tasks as per below
Personal Assistant
- Provide a comprehensive and fully confidential administration and personal assistance to the two CEOs
- Travel and accommodation with the CEOs and senior team
- Co-ordinate and organise meetings and conferences and executive team meetings both in person and virtually
- Prepare agenda, minute taking and proactive diary management
- Collate information, statistics, reports, presentations, and briefs where required
- Process billing and expenses / mileage claims for submitting to to Accounts Department to a monthly basis for the CEO s
Personal Assistant
Ordering of Stationery and supplies for the Office/Kitchen/general post management
Liaising with IT for all office requirements
Managing building access for all employees
Manage any pandemic Risk Assessment Plans in line with Government guidelines working with the Facilities Manager
Assisting staff with corporate events
Set up of conference and meeting room facilities when required by other departments
Assist with admin duties as required by the office and arrangement of catering for meetings as required
Receiving visitors onsite
Answering general calls to the office
General Facilities Management duties onsite for the office (providing cover as required)
