My client - a reputable law firm based in Guildford are looking for a proactive legal secretary to support two fee earners, in their Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department.
Key Responsibilities
-Providing full secretarial support including audio typing for timely production of documents; letters, attendance notes, briefs, bills etc. and management of diaries
-Maintenance of comprehensive and highly accurate client admin files, both physical and electronic.
-Liaising with clients and third parties by telephone or in person ensuring delivery of exceptional client service.
Requirements
Experience as a Legal Secretary
High level of attention to detail
Audio transcription skills
Fast accurate typing ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Very well organised with time and work load
Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player
Friendly & professional attitude
IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook/ Digital Audio software
