About Us:

Digital Voices is a global award-winning Influencer Marketing agency, launched in 2017. Since then, we have rapidly scaled, launching offices in the US and UK with about 80 people on the team. We have run campaigns in 36 countries, with incredible clients including Unilever, Adobe, Duolingo. Colgate, DoorDash and many more.

The Role:

You will be responsible for leading our planning output and overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies for our clients. You will work closely with brands, and internal teams to ensure that campaigns are aligned with client objectives and deliver maximum impact.


Base salary: £65-75K GBP (depending on relevant experience)

Fully Remote Position (You will need to be permanently based in the UK)


The Role Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our paid, strategy and accounts teams to develop and present exciting and award-winning responses to briefs for new and existing clients on a global scale, including the development of industry-leading annual plans.

  • Develop & champion our internal planning tool, using this to create industry leading plans

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals to deliver tailored plans

  • Ensure our response to briefs and proposals align to client objectives

  • Support the achievement of monthly bookings targets and new business objectives.

  • Play a key role on pitches and client presentations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and deliver outstanding results for clients.

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for future optimization, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our paid and analytics offerings.

  • Proactively provide useful insights to the team to inform and guide decision-making and strategy.

  • Support the Accounts team with client growth plans, ensuring strategies are developed to deliver on relevant action points.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in social media marketing, applying knowledge to enhance campaign strategies and deliver exceptional results

  • Work with our clients to understand and rationalise the role for influencers in the marketing mix

  • Work with our tech & analytics team to define and lead on our approach to measurement

  • Lead and educate the industry on the importance of planning as well as having a defined approach to measurement



The Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in cross-media marketing, with a focus on strategic planning

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience working with influencers and knowledge of influencer marketing trends
