Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Planning Support Officer on a Permanent basis at our Basildon Office.
A bit about the role:
As a Planning Support Officer, you will be supporting PGM, one of Peabody’s in-house direct labour organisations, planning repairs to Peabody’s properties.
You will liaise with residents to make appointments and internal stakeholders to ensure that PGM provide the best possible customer service.
Some of the key results for the role include:
- Liaising with residents to make and rearrange appointments and allocate the correct resources.
- Pick up and action emails from subcontractors within a reasonable time frame.
- Deal with overflow calls from PGM phone lines when required.
- Raise and monitor monthly programmed works for sub contractors and follow on works required.
- Help to identify escalations/risks with ongoing repairs and assist planning team to resolve.
- Assist the Planning team with the booking of supervisor visits to properties.
This role will require minimum of 4 days working in the Pembroke House office
