35 hours per week (flexible 7 hours, between 8-6pm e.g 8-4, 9-5, 10-6)
GBP29,793.18 per annum (London - Band DLM) / GBP26,855.58 per annum (National - Band DNM)

If you're an PPC executive, passionate about improving the lives of young people, and create communications that inspire action and create impact, this could be the role for you. This role requires at least one year's hands-on experience in Google Ads.
In a brand new role at The Children's Society, you'll play a vital part in our National Mobilisation effort by supporting the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver advanced digital advertising campaigns which attract support for our charity. As Digital Marketing Officer, you'll support the development of communications across multiple channels. You'll deepen our audience 's understanding of the challenges that young people face.
You'll manage projects end to end. Using insight, you'll deliver compelling campaigns with young people right at the centre. You'll encourage audiences to give their time, money and voice. To achieve our goal, we've got to approach things differently. That's why you'll need to be brave and ambitious - helping to stretch our brand and contributing to a test-and-learn culture where we challenge assumptions and the status quo.
We work across domains, and knowledge groups. Our work is carried out in activity groups. As Digital Marketing Officer, you'll be involved in critical activity groups, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
In order to be successful in this role, you must: Have at least 1 year's experience in managing Google Ads/ Adwords PPC campaigns Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) Passion for improving the lives of children & young people in the UK Thirst for knowledge and passion for self-development, as well as a willingness to learn and work across other digital channels Excellent attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate complicated information in a straightforward way for key stakeholders Practical knowledge of Google Drive and/or Microsoft O?ce Applications, especially Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint Happy to come into our London (Old Street) office once or twice a month, travel expenses paid by the organisation (if not London based). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the day to day operation of the organisation's pay-per-click/ Google ads advertising accounts with a view to increase the organisation's brand awareness and drive key website conversions.Contributing in a meaningful way to campaign strategy & digital marketing approaches across the organisationAssisting with the building, implementation and optimisation of Meta Ads campaigns Analysing data and reporting on all performance marketing campaigns using ad platform tools, Google Analytics & Data StudioWriting e?ective ad copy and making basic image & video footage edits for PPC & paid social campaignsSupporting Digital Marketing Manager to maintain accurate campaign schedules, budgets and invoicesUpskilling in SEO, supporting the Digital Marketing Manager & Storytelling/ Content WritersParticipating in internal and external meetings regarding current and future projectsAttending available relevant training sessions INFO ABOUT THE CHILDREN'S SOCIETY
