PR Account Executive

The Role:
As a PR Account Executive, you will play a pivotal part in executing day-to-day account operations, supporting strategies outlined by Account Managers / Directors.
Responsibilities:
* Craft coherent, accurate copy for press releases and social media posts.
* Identify publicity opportunities and social media prospects.
* Manage press release distribution and media promotional activities.
* Organise events (workshops, press conferences) on behalf of clients.
* Keep detailed and accurate records of all financial transactions incurred on behalf of clients.
* Monitor media for relevant articles, summarising for the team.
* Track and report client media and social media coverage.
* Participate in client meetings and presentations.
* Train and coach junior team members in admin and client servicing.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a PR Account Executive or in a similar role.
* Knowledge of media and social media operations.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and planning tools.
* Evaluation skills using tools like Klout and Twtrland.
* Skilled in MS PowerPoint, internet searching, ability to use MS Excel for simple budgeting.
