Description

Key Responsibilities of the PR Coordinator:

• Support the media team to deliver the media strategy by creating engaging content and communication plans
• Create compelling content through the media and online
• Build effective relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, influencers and other online commentators
• Support the communications team and other colleagues to achieve the wider communication and engagement strategy also provide assistance with research, costs, invoicing, and working with agencies
• Write content for all our channels to help tell our story
• Support with audience insight and measurement
• Support with planned and effective media campaigns, activity and engagement to facilitate the performance of the business
• Respond to media enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Support with the reporting and administration within the press office

Profile

A successful PR Coordinator should have:

• Previous experience as a Media or Public Relations (PR) professional within an agency or inhouse environment
• Proactive, creative and driven with an ability to put creative ideas into action
• A proven track record of delivering effective media/PR campaigns with significant results and within a pressured environment
• Has the ability to influence key stakeholders within the organisation.
• Excellent skills in relation to online channel and content publishing
• Excellent knowledge of a range of media monitoring tools

Job Offer
