Role - Practice Manager
Location - Chatham
Hours- Full time, in office

Managing the team at Quay Admin Ltd - a holistic administrative support company, exclusively for SJP Partners.
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager within a highly regarded administrative support team. You will be managing the operational needs of this busy, growing company which currently supports 12 Financial Advisors and has 9 members in the support team.
The Role: Practice Manager
You will form part of the company Management Team, reporting to and working with the Board of Directors. Including:
- Feeding into the Business Plan, developing & implementing strategic plans for the growth and improvement of the practice, aligning them with the companies’ vision and goals
- Measuring performance against the KPIs outlined in the Business Plan
- Regularly reviewing current processes and, where appropriate, introducing change within the business
As our Practice Manager you will manage all operational aspects of the Practice on a daily basis including:
- Managing the workflow and performance of the support team, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service outcomes
- Recruiting, training, and developing new and existing staff, providing them with feedback and coaching.
- Solving any problems or issues that arise within the practice, liaising with clients, third parties and other stakeholders as needed
- Ensuring compliance is followed with all internal/external regulations and polices, maintaining accurate records and documentation
- In order to maintain and build upon our excellent reputation, providing outstanding client service will be of upmost importance to you, as a leader you will inspire others to do the same
- You will be managing an HR system and providing Management Information to colleagues
The Person: Practice Manager
To succeed in this role you will need relevant experience as a manager, in an operational office-based environment. Ideally this would be within St. James’s Place, but this is not essential.
In addition you will have:
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, you strive to motivate and inspire others
- Strong workflow management and organisational skills, you can prioritise and delegate tasks effectively
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, adept at handling complex and sometimes challenging situations.
- Experience of developing others, and will be able to demonstrate this at interview
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you can build rapport and trust with clients and staff
- The highest level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, with a commitment to quality and excellence
- A good understanding of how you can add value to this business, and you enjoy working as part of a team
- Some HR/People Management experience
