The post-holder will strive to maintain quality within the practice, oversee the day to day management/ operations of the practice. You will act as a point of contact for the practice, you will attend the relevant practice meetings internally and externally working closely with the MaidenheadPCN and local Practice Managers. Ensure that services run efficiently and effectively and offer highest quality of appropriate care for patients. Your role will include staff management, HR procedures and documentation including appraisals and recruitment. To report internally regarding Practice performance through relevant management meetings, workforce management & development. To provide clear direction and management of staff issues and day to day HR matters To develop, support and provide guidance to all staff within the Practice. To monitor performance and identify and manage any areas of concern including significant events, complaints, patient and stakeholder feedback. Ensure the practice meets data and IG governance. You will work with the Patient participation group (PPG) and ensure regular communications, bulletins and updates are in place for staff and patients.
