I'm working with a GP surgery who is on the lookout for a permanent Practice Manager on a part-time basis (25 hours) in Bracknell. Are you interested?
The surgery is looking for an organised and experienced Practice Manager who would help provide aid to the surgery, overseeing daily operations and providing expertise and guidance wherever required.
They are looking for part-time applicants. Ideally, you would be in the surgery 5 days a week to ensure that the practice is running smoothly. The practice is closed on Thursday afternoons.
You would be responsible for a variety of aspects of management, including (but not limited to): QOF Management, CQC Management, Complaints, Appraisals, Submissions, Compliance and more! An essential part of the role is ensuring that there is no backlog at the end of the day.
The perfect candidate would:
- Have previous managerial experience.
- Be extremely organised and time conscious.
- Have previous NHS experience.
- Have a willingness to learn processes and policies.
- Have prior experience of EMIS.
In return, the surgery can offer several benefits, including a competitive salary of around £40,000 - £45,000 FTE (dependent of experience), a generous annual leave package and more!
The surgery itself is a single-handed practice with 2 partners. You would be supported by one of the partners who oversees all the finance in the surgery. They have a patient list of 6000 and you would have a lot of autonomy in the role. There is parking available on-site.
