TimePlan is currently working with several SEND schools in Lambeth and Southwark who are seeking fresh talent and new perspectives from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) passionate about making a difference.
Our network of South London schools provides outstanding learning experiences for students with special educational needs and disabilities. Students have EHCPs for Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
We're looking for ECTs who:
- Are newly qualified teachers with a strong desire to specialize in special educational needs.
- Previous SEND experience, ideally within a SEND school or provision
- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to student-centered and inclusive education.
- Are eager to develop their skills in a supportive, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Show innovative thinking and enthusiasm for using a variety of teaching strategies tailored to meet individual needs.
