This is an ideal opportunity for any graduate who is interested in starting a career in teaching/education. This is your chance to experience the craft of the classroom before committing to a teacher training programme in the future.
The Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity:
- Primary school based in Staffordshire
- Full time – Monday – Friday
- Starting ASAP for the remainder of the academic year
- £450 - £490 per week - term time only

- Direct route for Teacher Training September 2024
The Primary Teaching Assistant must:
- Hold a degree (2:2 or above)
- Experience working with children or young adults (desired)
- Be able to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Self- motivated and flexible due to working across different levels
- A vision for creating an exceptional place of learning
- The ability to assist in evaluating individual pupils needs and progress
- Excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of individual students
The ideal candidate may have some experience working across different age groups whether it be in an educational setting or otherwise.
