From £34,834 to £36,648 per annum

Essex County Council are delighted to be working in partnership with Harlow Council to recruit the role of Priority Estates Project Officer .
Harlow Council has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housing professional to undertake project work looking at priority housing estates and their regeneration.
You will need excellent communication skills and will have a proven track record in Housing Management and regeneration project work.
You will work as part of the Housing Management (Property) Team ensuring that project-based works in relation to major redevelopment and regeneration are delivered within those estates classified as "Priority Estates".
In addition, you will also manage these estates on a daily basis and be responsible for all Estate and Tenancy management duties, in accordance with the Council's agreed policies and working practices.
You will need good working knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management as well as Choice Based Lettings.
Candidates must possess good communication skills, IT and administration skills and demonstrate the ability to work within a busy and demanding environment. Experience in supervising one or more teams within a housing organisation is desirable.
The successful candidate will attend evening and weekend meetings as and when required.
