Private Client Legal Secretary

A prestigious London law firm are hiring an experienced Legal Secretary to provide support to their renowned Private Client department.

Salary to £42,000

Hybrid working (2 days remote)

9.30am to 5.30pm

The Private Client department is looking to recruit an experienced and confident Legal Secretary to join their team of six Secretaries. This is a fantastic Legal Secretary opportunity to work for one of the most renowned Private Client departments in London!

Private Client Legal Secretary Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients both face to face and over the phone

• Audio / copy typing, including digital dictation

• Preparing and sewing / binding deeds and Wills

• File opening and compliance support

• Assisting / supporting Solicitors, accountants and other fee earners within the department

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• General administrative duties

• Diary management

• Document management

• Maintaining all filing systems effectively

Key Requirements Private Client Legal Secretary:

• Previous Senior level Legal Secretary / PA experience gained within Private Client

• Experience of looking after Partners

• Proven experience within a similar secretarial role

• Fast, accurate typing skills

• Highly skilled on all MS Office applications

• Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
