Job Description: Our Clienti s is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wills, probate, and court of protection work, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of diverse matters, providing expert legal advice, and delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of wills, probate, and court of protection matters from inception to completion.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of Private Client issues.
• Draft and review wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
• Administer estates and handle probate matters efficiently and effectively.
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to the court of protection.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and attentive service.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and legal developments in Private Client law.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of experience in Private Client Law.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of wills, probate, and court of protection matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and client care.
• Proficiency in relevant legal software and technology.
