Salary Job Title: Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive (Maternity Cover) - May 2024 Start
Location: North Liverpool
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Type: Temporary (Maternity Cover) with prospects for permanent position
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive or qualified by experience to join this esteemed firm on maternity cover starting in May 2024. This role offers exposure to high-quality work within a well-established department, and there is the potential for the position to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and take ownership of an existing caseload of Private Client matters.
Provide expert legal advice on wills, probate, estate planning, and related matters.
Maintain a high level of client care and ensure effective communication with clients.
Handle complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and diligence.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Private Client law, or qualified by substantial experience.
Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload of Private Client matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Benefits:
